I had the worst customer service experience at an unnamed New York Sports Club (on Irving Place) yesterday.
In short, the girl at the front desk was rude and curt. Especially when she didn't look at me when I was talking to her. She wouldn't even call a membership consultant when I asked to speak to one.
So I took my business to another club.

last time i had a bad customer experience, i wrote about it on my blog, named the place, and named the girl too as well as the name of the manager. Lol
