Well, hit the gym.
And bring one of these.
Also, an interesting, somewhat-related item: Health care provided by your company, in-house?

Heath Ledger. 4/4/1979 - 1/22/2008.
Thank you for the entertainment; you were truly a great actor.
And thanks to all who commented on the NY Times blog entry; a tragedy would not be complete without your crazy ass comments. My favorites are 52, 74, 174, 292, 339, 344, 466, 468.. (and counting!)
Even though I knew one of the police officers tangentially (we went to the same school; had mutual friends), I feel emotionally affected than I expected. Aside from it being a f*cked up situation, I suppose most of that feeling is coming from how similar we are in our heritage and history. I think we might have went bowling once.
And then another part of me feels melancholy about the fact that I no longer speak to those mutual friends. While they say tragedy brings people closer together, I probably won't seek a reunion. Sigh. What reason do I have to rekindle those friendships after we chose to leave them?
In any case, I hope he makes a full recovery. And that they catch the suspects. They get what they deserve.
The title of Harry Potter's last book revealed, the NYTimes writing about a Dick in a Box (the SNL skit silly), and a Chicago mom finds homo-porn on a gift Zune for her daughter [via gear factor]!
Just delicious!
